Really great flavor! It's a fine powder which mixes instantly and stays in solution. If you like to make your own miso soup, this is a delightful flavor enhancement. I mix one packet with about 2 tablespoons of miso paste, using the Kotobuki Misokoshi Miso Soup Strainer Set and Tzum Essen organic white miso paste, both sold here on Amazon. A few cubes of tofu make this an amazing breakfast and very soothing.

I like it, it tastes good and works really well as a ramen noodle packet replacement Boeing how unhealthy those are. I use it with oceans hall organic noodle packages. I am however a bit concerned about a handful of ingredients in here. I am really in search of organic whole ingredient chemical free, non gmo stock powder. It’s hard to find!

Exactly as described, good basic dashi, but obviously won't measure up to freshly made. Even my finicky family did fine with it, and it very closely resembles what is used in one of our local Japanese restaurants as their base for white miso soup.
