So, antioxidants are good, right? I figured I'd give these a try (that and I love plums). They're very small balls in a relatively large (for medicati... on) jar. The tiny balls remind me of medicine I've had in Japan, which is no surprise since this is from Japan. There's a little scoop to help measure out the ten pills you're to take each day (with water), and a small container so you can carry some with you. They're very tart, which I like. I've been taking them for over a month and haven't noticed any changes in my health or overall well-being, but maybe it takes longer. If I notice anything at three months, MAYBE I'll consider buying these. They're not cheap, but at least it's a three month supply. It would have to be one heck of an improvement, though.  Show more

This is a beautifully packaged supplement that was immediately impressive. Having it in compressed little balls rather than pills makes it more fun t... o take and very reminiscent of the balled activated charcoal pouches. With that said, a lot of the heavy lifting here is done by citric acid, a common food additive in things like Kool-Aid. I would guess that the acidity is meant to help with stomach issues similar to apple cider vinegar. The latter is much less expensive, tastes better, and works better for my stomach. These make my stomach irritated for a while. I appreciate the presentation, but these are not for me.  Show more

Noni is known to enhance the immune system and a host of so many other benefits. I've taken noni before when I was run down and starting to get sick.... I was so amazed when my symptoms quickly went away. I have been a great fan ever since. I like that I can take it in this concentrated form. This comes really beautifully packaged, with extras like containers for the recommended dosage. The balls are slightly sour, but that’s gone as soon a... s you take it. I took less than the recommended dosage, so this will probably last me very long, and would represent great value for the money if you decide to reduce your dosage as well.  Show more

Noni Balls are hand rolled little nuggets packed with polyphenol. Polyphenol is a huge antioxidant found mostly in red fruits and they are good for im... mune boosting, heart health and blood sugar levels.The directions say to take 10 per day and there is a little extra distributer case you can carry in your purse or pocket. These are oretty sour when you taste them so I take the 10 per day as directed with no adverse reaction. I do have more energy with these and I recommend in these trying times.  Show more

Within a matter of minutes after taking 10 of these Noni plum balls, I began to feel better than I did before. It felt good in my stomach and provided... a sense of increase in overall well being. The balls taste a bit tart. The directions didn’t really say wether or not to chew or swallow them whole, so I did both. I also just sucked on them for a while until I didn’t want to taste the tartness any longer. The balls are small and are easy to swallow. I can take all 10 at the same time. This is identical to the Ume balls I purchased in Japan some years ago, which made me very happy. As a long distance runner and triathlete with sens... itive digestive system, I can't stomach energy drinks, gels, bars, etc. during the race or post-race without feeling drained and lousy for the rest of the day, and sometimes even the next day. But if I take 10 of these Ume balls with plenty of water first thing in the morning on race days, or before I head out for long runs, then everything is great and I can go on with the rest of my day unimpaired once I'm done with my workout. Highly recommended, and the ingredients are all natural, which is a huge plus. Growing up in Japan, Ume (plum) product was a quick and all natural solution to many ailments.
