pure quality, very absorbable.

This is a really low dose product. It doesn't give you much of the daily requirement - half the vitamin D, only 20% of the required calcium, barely 3%... of the needed magnesium and something called fermented lactic acid calcium and multi-minerals from saltwater brine. You have to take 20 small tablets a day to get that amount and, for some reason, it has a seriously high price.Speaking for myself, taking that many tablets a day is inconvenient, regardless to how small they are. Counting them out takes time and that's a lot of effort for so little. As someone who is vitamin D and magnesium deficient, this comes nowhere near meeting my requirements. I’m using for more than seven years, a doctor from Korea recommended it. I had some issues with others calcium, I love it!

I love love love this!! I like that this product incorporates L-type calcium from fermented beets, Vitamin D3 and includes 84 different mineral concen... trates, as well as water-soluble magnesium. In terms of supplement tablets, it is not as high as the calcium and vitamin D that I eat every day, but there is one ingredient I still want to try, which is the fermented lactic acid calcium, which seems to be better absorbed than the calcium I eat. The jar can be eaten for half a year! Which is awhile! So all around it’s a very good product and it works!! I would highly recommend this product!!  Show more
