맛은 좋은데 원하던 드라마틱한 효과는 못느꼈어요.... 가끔 저녁에 2~3포씩 먹었는데...제대로 안먹은거 아닐까요? 매일 콜라겐이 빠지는 나이에.
Good tasting however did not see any dramatic results I was seeking.... I took 2~3 packets at once sometimes usually at night...maybe I wasn't taking it correctly?It helped sustaining collagen I felt, I'm at the age where I lose collagen everyday.
